Who am I?

My name is Michał Zdanowski. I am a athlete and personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning preparation. I combine my knowledge in physiotherapy with practical experience in strength sports, thanks to which I help my clients achieve their goals in a safe and effective way.

I am a fifth-year physiotherapy student at the University of Physical Education in Warsaw and:

  • Kettlebell pentathlon instructor and Strong First Giria I
  • Certified medical Bodywork trainer
  • Weightlifting instructor

In training process I use calisthenics, hardstyle kettlebell, kettlebell sport, street lifting, powerlifting, weightlifting and old-time strongman lifts.

I competed in hardstyle kettlebell competitions and defeated the elite challenge of Top Team CKB Polska. I know how to prepare for starts and achieve better and better results.

  • Pistol squat – 41,4 kg (MC 82,1 kg)
